For many of us it is has been another potentially very tough and draining week, so we wanted to remind you to check in and be honest with yourselves.
Do you need some time to recenter yourself, catch your breath, maybe taking a few hours away from social media?
Whatever you need to do to reset this weekend, do! Don't feel guilty about taking that time for yourself, it's important.
We hope you are all able to stay strong and if you are struggling, please reach out. You aren't alone in this.
Here are a list of films and series we both recommend this week, if you fancied some down time!

Our Top 10 This Week...
1) Clueless: Netflix
A 90’s classic. One of my all time favourites. Easy watching, and such a feel good flick. 90’s nostalgia at its finest. Plus, Paul Rudd. What more could you want. I’ve already watched it twice this week.
2) Artemis Fowl: Disney+
Based on the beloved children’s book, full of magical creatures and imaginative worlds. Brand new for 2020. All your favourite fairytales with a science fiction twist.
3) The Vampire Diaries: Netflix
Teen drama that never stops twisting and turning. Perfectly cast tv show, with 8 seasons to fill your lockdown days. Keeps you on the edge of your seat, and the cast is VERY easy on the eye, which is a complete bonus.
4) Stumptown: Alibi (Sky)
Brand new crime series, staring Cobie Smulders and Jake Johnson. Very funny, unique style, and absolutely worth a watch. Follows the life of a Private Investigator and her life. Hilarious and sentimental all rolled into one.
5) Britain’s Brightest Celebrity Family: itv (Sky)
Quiz show, where two celebrities and their families fight to become the brightest family in Britain. Lots of fun, and different to any other quiz show I’ve ever seen on tv. Presented by Chaser, Anne Hegerty, featuring lots of great personalities.
6) 13th: (Netflix)
Watch this. An extremely important documentary exploring the intersection of race, justice, and mass incarceration in the United States.
7) Captain Fantastic: (Netflix)
A heartwarming comedy filled with love, loss and a beautiful insight into the unconventionally wonderful way or raising your children in a forest.
8) The Eddy: (Netflix)
A French/ English mini series set in a jazz club in Paris. Unbelievably intimate and raw directing with some of the most beautiful acting online at the moment.
9) Dear White People: (Netflix)
10) The Goop Lab: (Netflix)
A documentary series about the lifestyle and wellness company, Goop, founded by Gwyneth Paltrow. The series gives us tasty insights into the alternative health and medical interventions the lab explores as well as delving positively into women's issues.
